ABOUT ME
However you are looking to break through the obstacles that are holding you back from the life you want, whether through one-on-one coaching or through movement classes (or a combination of the two), I'm excited to support you in achieving everything you wish for.
I am an elevatED certified pole instructor and accredited coach. I am an actor, writer and producer and am known for getting shit done. A Vermont native, I moved to the UK for a number of years where I supported other artists in their creative careers through one-on-one coaching and offering and organizing professional development events. Wanting to support my own creative ambitions, I moved to Los Angeles to pursue my acting career. Notable acting roles include “I Spit On Your Grave: Vengeance is Mine” and “Ryan Hansen Solves Crimes on Television”, in addition to writing, producing and starring in an original series, “Kiddie Litter”, about a lesbian couple raising their son like a cat.
While in Los Angeles, I started taking pole classes and lapdance workshops, and a new passion and my own journey to body acceptance really began. By firsthand experiencing the empowerment that pole and lapdance can offer, I am passionate about introducing other women to movement that can help all women feel more confident and comfortable in their bodies and find (or reclaim) their own unique version of sexy.
I've wrapped up my in-person teaching until Spring 2020 while I settle into my new role as a mother, but you can still dance with me through my online six week sensual movement series, starting later this year! More info on that coming soon!
