Taking our sensual movement practice deeper, this six week class is designed to help you feel empowered, confident, and owning your unique version of sexy through music exploration, freestyle, and plenty of sexy moves. Plus, it's a fun and fabulous workout, too!

With a progressive curriculum, each week builds upon the week before. You'll see progress, feel more comfortable with the moves, and feel more comfortable creating your own movement flows as the weeks progress, coming together each week with a community of like-minded women.
